Researchers from the University of Central Florida (UCF; USA) are on their way to developing a new nanoscale device that has the ability to mimic the neural pathways in the brain responsible for human vision using neuromorphic computing. The hope is to use two nanomaterials, which in combination creates a new superstructure with electronic properties.
